Yes, it's all pretty literal, but clarity is key when it comes to telling the story of accessories through images. It doesn't mean we can't make them gorgeous though.

 

Since 2014, I have been the single Art Director in charge of getting Ford and Lincoln accessories images made via photography, CG, retouching, any means necessary. I plan the shoots, I pick the props, I choose the angles, I find the best way to tell the story. I absolutely love my time in the studio. I'm fully engaged, hands-on, in the vehicles, under the vehicles, on top of the vehicles. I say "vehicle" alot during shoots.

If we can't get it done via photography, I have a whole team of brilliant CG artists at my disposal who can create something amazing from out of nothing at all. I am continuously blown away by how they can make what's in my head appear on a screen.

 

It's pure joy, and in my time we've created hundreds upon hundreds of these pretty little accessories stories together.
